THE FRIENDS OF ST. ROCCO’S FRIENDS ACT OF COMMITMENT

In the name and to glory of the Holy Trinity that wanted you as consoler of the afflicted and shining example of charity, conscious of my unworthiness, but confident in your fraternal help, already living through Baptism in the mystery of Christ and the Church, I put myself (today) entirely in your hands, oh St. Rocco: to walk with you, to cooperate with you in the Church for the salvation of the world, to live day to day, with you, my commitment of love and free service to my brothers, with the brightness of your faith, your testimony of evangelical life, with the commitment with which you love all as friends and brothers, help me to welcome all in my heart, transforming for them, with the grace of the Holy Spirit, my life and my every action, in an act of endless love and offering.
Grant me, St. Rocco, a deep knowledge of you, immerse me in your silent works, give me your humble openness to the Lord and your loving concern for our neighbors.
Give me your heart to love, live in me by your anxiety to bring all people to God
St. Rocco, hear my prayers and I will try to imitate your virtues, following Christ with you. Amen
